* Discuss financial information, insurance options and payment plans

Starting Treatment

After your consultation, we schedule your first appointment and place your new orthodontic appliance. This appointment typically takes about an hour, and our team will ensure you feel comfortable throughout. We explain each step in plain language and show you how to care for your new braces or aligners.

Scheduling & Flexibility

Patients with braces should expect regular visits to the orthodontist – generally every 12–14 weeks – are essential for keeping your treatment on track. We’ll work with you to schedule appointments at times that fit your busy life. And because life doesn’t always go as planned, we understand if you need to reschedule – just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you. Our friendly scheduling coordinator will help you find the ideal time for your visits.

Collaborating with Your Dentist

Orthodontic treatment is just one part of keeping your smile healthy. We encourage you to continue visiting your family dentist every six months for cleanings and checkups, even during treatment. If you need extra dental care, we coordinate with your dentist to make sure you’re receiving the best overall care.
